Libraro is a community-driven publishing platform that connects writers, readers, and publishers through a secure, data-driven ecosystem. By combining reader engagement with patented IP protection, the platform reimagines the traditional publishing process—giving readers a meaningful role in discovering new authors while providing publishers with validated audience insights.

The Challenge
Libraro set an ambitious launch objective: generate £100,000 in revenue within 4.5 months by acquiring approximately 1,650 writers and 4,300 readers. The challenge was to communicate a completely new publishing model while encouraging both audiences to join and actively participate from day one.

Strategic Insight
Publishing has traditionally been driven by gatekeepers. Libraro shifts that dynamic by giving readers a voice in determining which stories deserve to be published, transforming reading from a passive activity into an active role in the publishing journey. This people-powered approach creates value for writers seeking visibility, readers looking for exclusive discovery, and publishers seeking validated market demand.

My Approach
My contribution focused on developing the campaign's visual messaging framework and supporting creative assets for the reader acquisition journey. The strategy positioned exclusive early access as the primary value proposition, framing readers as active participants in discovering tomorrow's bestsellers rather than passive consumers. This messaging was translated across social-first creative, influencer content, and display advertising to guide audiences from curiosity to community participation, while reinforcing Libraro's proposition that readers—not gatekeepers—shape what gets published.
