ESMT Berlin is a private, non-profit business school based in Berlin, Germany. Founded in 2002 by 25 leading global companies and institutions, it offers a range of MBA, master's, executive education, and professional development programmes. My role was to design high-performing social media ad creatives across Meta, LinkedIn and Google, supporting lead generation campaigns targeting the IT, DACH, and ES markets.
Approach
I developed a series of performance-focused social ad creatives that balanced ESMT Berlin's premium academic positioning with clear, conversion-driven messaging. Each creative was designed to capture attention quickly, communicate value, and encourage prospective students to take action across Meta, LinkedIn and Google platforms.
